We Request Our Customers To Take Care Of Following Simple Things Before Our Tean Arrive For The Job.

It Will Save Precious Time, Effort and will help avoid unnecessary Delays.

EMC Concrete Coatings techs will arrive on-site between 8:30 & 9:30AM.
Depending on where the job is located (outside Bexar County) a few minutes earlier or later can be expected. Our office staff will update you with the arrival time of our crew if it is outside of the normal arrival times.
Floor Ready to Process
Floor Ready to Process
Your garage or patio should be completely free of personal belongings prior to our arrival. Our team has a lot of work ahead of it and the EMC crew cannot wait for items to be cleared out once we are on-site.
Water softeners must be removed
Water softeners must be removed
Water softeners must be removed prior to our arrival. If the softeners are not moved out, EMC techs can simply cut around them. EMC techs are not certified plumbers and cannot remove these for the homeowners.
Keep Passage Clear for Equipment Offload
Keep Passage Clear for Equipment Offload
Please ensure the driveway is cleared of vehicles to accommodate enough space for our work truck and trailer. Once our crew has parked and our equipment is offloaded, we cannot move again until the end of the workday.
Foot Traffic will be prohibited
Foot Traffic will be prohibited
Once work has begun, foot traffic will be prohibited from anyone other than our team members in the garage or patio area(s) that are being worked on.
Overnight Cure
Overnight Cure
An overnight cure will be required at the end of each workday, before the newly coated floors can be walked on. Caution tape will be placed across the work areas at the end of each day.
72-hour drying period
72-hour drying period
A 72-hour drying period is REQUIRED for newly coated garage floors before a vehicle may be parked on it.
We do every effort to mitigate fumes/smell
We do every effort to mitigate fumes/smell
Some of the coatings we use do have a strong chemical smell. Every effort will be made to mitigate fumes, including opening windows in the garage during the application.
